Why I do this

You already know what you should do. The hard part is doing it.

Nursing taught me how much can be said in a fifteen minute appointment, and how much has to be left out. People leave with advice that is completely correct and quietly impossible to fit into a Tuesday.

I started Ethereal Balance to stand in that gap. You get the time to talk it through properly, to understand what is actually going on in your body, and to work out the version of these changes that fits your life rather than someone else's.

I am not here to replace your doctor. I am here for everything that happens between the visits.

Coaching services

Three areas, one at a time, done properly.

Bone health is my signature specialty. Most people come to me for one of these three and find the other two quietly improve along the way, because the habits underneath them overlap more than you would expect. We start where you are.

Bone Health and Healthy Aging

01

Signature specialty

Bone Health and Healthy Aging

For adults living with osteopenia or osteoporosis who want sustainable daily habits that support bone strength, alongside the care of their medical team.

What I help with

  • Movement that is safe and appropriate for you, guided by what your doctor or clinician has advised, and built into your ordinary day
  • Nutrition that supports bone: protein, calcium, vitamin D, and the everyday food decisions that add up over years
  • Sleep, stress and recovery, because your body does its rebuilding while you rest

Metabolic Health & Wellness

02

Metabolic Health & Wellness

Helping clients develop sustainable habits to support healthy blood sugar, cholesterol, weight management, and daily energy.

What I help with

  • Blood sugar, cholesterol and weight, explained in plain language and without judgment
  • Meals that fit your kitchen, your budget and the way you actually eat
  • Movement you will keep doing, at a level you can start today

Menopause & Midlife Wellness

03

Menopause & Midlife Wellness

Helping women navigate menopause-related lifestyle challenges involving sleep, stress, energy, and changing health priorities.

What I help with

  • Sleep that is genuinely restorative, including what to do when you are awake at 3am
  • Energy that holds steady through the day instead of crashing in the afternoon
  • Stress management that fits real life, not an hour of meditation you will never find

The signature offering

The eight week personalized coaching program

Eight weeks of one to one coaching, built entirely around you. We spend the first sessions understanding what is really happening and setting your direction, then work through it week by week, adjusting as we go. This is the work most people need and never quite get: someone in their corner, week after week, until the changes stop being effort and start being ordinary.

  • A private one to one session every week for eight weeks
  • A plan built around your body, your history and your week
  • Adjustments as you go, because week four rarely looks like week one
  • Check-ins between sessions so nothing quietly slips

How coaching works

Three steps, and the first one is free.

01

We talk, free, for 20 minutes

You tell me what is going on and what you would like to change. I tell you honestly whether I can help, and how I would go about it. No charge and no obligation.

02

We build your plan together

Not a printout. We start from your real week, your real kitchen and your real energy, and we choose two or three changes worth making first.

03

We keep it going

Weekly sessions and check-ins, so the habits survive the busy weeks, the travel and the setbacks. That is the part most plans are missing.

What a session actually feels like

An hour of honest conversation, by phone or video. I ask questions, you talk, and together we work out what to change first. There is no lecturing and no judgment. If a week went badly, that is information, not a failure.

Free 20 minute wellness discovery call

A conversation, not a sales pitch.

Twenty minutes by phone or video, at no charge. You tell me what is going on and what you would like to change. I tell you honestly whether I can help and what working together would look like. You get to ask me anything, including whether this is worth your money.

If it is not a fit, I will say so and you will still leave with something useful to try.

Nothing is charged and there is no obligation. If it is not a fit, I will tell you so honestly.

Your details come straight to me and stay between us.

How I handle what you send me

This form asks for your name, your email, your phone number if you choose to give it, and what you would like help with. That is all it collects.

I use it for one thing: to reply to you and arrange your free 20 minute discovery call. I do not sell it, I do not share it, and I do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

If you would like your details removed, just ask me and I will delete them. You can call or email me any time and I will take care of it.

Please do not send medical details through this form. It is not a secure channel for medical information, and I do not need your history to set up a first conversation. We can talk about what you are comfortable sharing when we speak.

Common questions

The things people ask me first.

It is a conversation, not a sales pitch. You tell me what is going on and what you would like to change, I tell you honestly whether I can help and how I would approach it, and you get to ask me anything. If it is not a fit, I will say so. Either way you will leave with something useful.

No, and I never want to. I am a coach, not a medical provider. I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. I work alongside your doctor and your care team on the daily habits that support whatever they are already doing for you. If something comes up that belongs with your doctor, I will tell you to take it to them.

A plan tells you what to do. Coaching is about what happens next, on the week you are traveling, or the week you are exhausted, or the week you cannot face another salad. We work on your real life, and we adjust it together until it holds.

Because we start much smaller than you expect, and we build the habit before we add to it. Most attempts fail from doing too much at once and then losing the thread. Here you have someone checking in weekly, so the thread is much harder to lose.

It can be, and movement is one of the most valuable things you can do for your bones — but what is right for you is a decision for you and your doctor or clinician. I do not prescribe exercise plans. What I do is coach the daily habits around it: safe and appropriate movement you can keep up, nutrition, sleep, and the consistency that makes any of it count. We go carefully, we start small, and I will never suggest anything your care team has advised against.
